I am slightly disappointed in the responses from Rick Warren. Warren is way too "mainstream" and wants to give the popular "Christian" answers. I think that a better match for this conversation would have been harris vs. Ravi Zacharias. You should look him up and read / listen to some of his stuff. I hope I'm not disappointed in Lee Strobel on Saturday the way I am in Rick Warren.
Stef, I don't disagree. Warren gave the canned responses that everyone has heard already. Most every review I've read about this debate rues the fact that Warren was so weak in his side. I wish I could find the full 4 hour discussion transcript, but it's nowhere to be had.
Quick Questions: In the spirit of trying something new and generating open-ended discussion --- I thought we should throw some general questions out there. Keep initial replies brief -200 words or less. New questions will come about often... ~Jared
Help Me Out Here: I would like to ask for different views on Bible verses/concepts, and will start with the ones that give me the most trouble. ~Stacy
